02 / Review your quotation
We discuss the route and accommodation, check availability and provide a written quotation with inclusions, exclusions and payment details.
03 / Secure the arrangements
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking value is required within 14 days for confirmation; otherwise the reservation is automatically cancelled.
04 / Receive confirmation
We confirm the arrangements secured for you. Your enquiry or payment request alone is not a confirmed reservation.
05 / Pay the balance
All bookings must be paid in full 30 days before client arrival. Bookings that do not meet this deadline are automatically cancelled.
06 / Get ready for Uganda
We share the agreed meeting arrangements and preparation information. Contact us with questions before you travel.
Payment methods & currencies
Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Pay in USD or UGX at the current exchange rate on the payment date, by bank transfer or cash (post-2009 US Dollar notes only). Cheques are accepted only for bank accounts held and operated in Uganda. Use the bank details in your invoice.
