We use the contact details, travel preferences and budget you provide to prepare quotations, arrange your trip and follow up on your enquiry. Do not submit passport, health or payment card details through the general enquiry forms.

Where your enquiry goes

Safari requests are saved in our website’s enquiry database for access by the authorised Gari Trips owner. If you choose email, the details pass through FormSubmit to info@garitripsuganda.com. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp when you send it. PDF exports are generated by this website when requested.

Source information

We may save the referring website’s hostname and campaign labels with your safari enquiry to understand where enquiries come from. We do not load advertising trackers on these pages. Do not include personal information in campaign labels.

Follow-up and your choices

We may contact you about the trip you requested. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Ask us to correct or remove your details, or stop enquiry follow-ups, by emailing info@garitripsuganda.com. Booking records may need to be retained for administration and applicable obligations.
